These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App") and this website, provided by AEROVIP TOV ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its design, graphics, logos, trademarks and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

5. Safe use

Use the light features responsibly. Do not point bright light or the strobe effect directly into anyone's eyes. The strobe mode may affect people with photosensitive conditions; if you experience discomfort, stop using it immediately. The SOS feature is a supplementary tool and is not a substitute for official emergency services.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Some features may depend on your device hardware and may not be available on all devices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEROVIP TOV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or device damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
